Gear reduction motor tips:
1. After the gear reduction motor runs for 200~300 hours, the oil should be changed for the first time. In the future use, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, for geared motor with long working continuously, replace the new oil with 5000 hours of operation or once a year. The geared motor that has been deactivated for a long time should be replaced with new oil before re-running. It must not be associated with different grades of oil. Mixed, oils of the same grade and different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.
2. When changing the oil, wait for the gear reduction motor to cool down without burning danger, but still keep warm, because after the complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: Turn off the power supply of the transmission to prevent unintentional power-on!
3. During work, when the oil temperature rise exceeds 80 °C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 °C and abnormal noise is generated, stop using it. Check the cause, remove the fault, and replace the oil before continuing operation.
4. The user shall have reasonable rules and regulations for the use and maintenance of the gear reduction motor. The operation of the geared motor and the problems found in the inspection shall be carefully recorded. The above provisions shall be strictly implemented.
Gear reducer drive oil
When the grease is selected according to the bearing load of the gear reduction motor, the grease with a small penetration should be selected for the heavy load. When working under high pressure, in addition to the small penetration, it also has a higher oil film strength and extreme pressure function. When selecting grease according to environmental preconditions, calcium-based grease is not easily soluble in water and is suitable for drying and low moisture environments. When selecting the grease according to the working temperature, the main indicators should be the dropping point, oxidation stability and low temperature function. The dropping point can generally be used to evaluate the high temperature function. The actual working temperature of the bearing should be lower than the dropping point of 10-20 °C. Synthetic grease should be used at a temperature below the drop point of 20-30 °C.
